| While employed as packaging managers for a large private label juice supplier, Joan and Lynor discovered they had many things in common. They were born the same year, in Florida, as the youngest in the families of three girls and they both graduated from the University of North Florida. | |
| In view of these similarities they felt it was destiny for them to put their years of experience together and create a company. This company would fill the project management void they experienced in their work as packaging managers. To that end they founded Packaging Management Group. | |

Joan brings clients over 15 years experience in food and beverage manufacturing and marketing. She has a broad understanding of the development, purchasing and production functions of the industry. Joan also teaches Forms Design and Management and International Office Protocol at a local college. |
